For fear of having peppermint crisp tart for the 12th year in a row, I offered to handle Christmas pudding. I'm quiiite a fan of sweet treats so really enjoyed trolling the internet for recipes. Here's what I'd like to make (I find this all very exciting-looking so am hitting caps lock NOW) :
CHOCOLATE PANCAKES WITH STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM INSIDE (YOU CAN'T TELL BUT I BET THERE'S ALSO SOMETHING OUTRAGEOUS LIKE NUTELLA IN THERE TOO)
