I introduced my housemate to Pinterest which briefly took over her life (she is now 'over it'). The many, many 'pins' of delicious dishes and cooking tips inspired the Julia Child in her, which suits me just fine as I get to eat her yummy creations (thanks, Julz!).
She tried out this idea to keep your herbs fresh: Freeze your rosemary/thyme/I don't know any more herb names in water or OLIVE OIL in ice trays and whenever you're doing your cookin' thing just pop a few out!
They just look so pretty!
